Your data is hosted on Microsoft Azure with enterprise-grade encryption, both at rest and in transit. Enterprise customers sign in through Microsoft Entra ID; Essential and Professional accounts use email and password, stored only as a one-way hash. Every action in ELARA is recorded in a tamper-proof audit trail that cannot be edited or deleted by anyone. Your firm's data is completely isolated from every other customer's, and we continuously test that boundary before any change reaches production.
Customer databases, documents, and backups are stored in the United States on Microsoft Azure (Central US region), with automatic daily backups and point-in-time recovery.
Yes. You own your data — full stop. On request we provide a structured export of every record (entities, portfolios, investments, transactions, documents) in standard formats, with no exit fee. On account closure, operational data is removed; audit logs are retained in our immutable archive.
